Why Your To-do List Doesn’t Work

Do you have a growing to-do list and can’t seem to make a dent in it?
In this video I’ll show you a strategy that’s WAY more effective than a simple to-do list, especially if you procrastinate like my student! Here’s the gist:

1) make your best guess at how long each task on your list will take.
2) If anything is over an hour, break it down into smaller chunks.
3) move every item to your calendar to very specific times.
4) make sure you have a favorite activity to savor when your work for the day is complete!
